Tab order can be changed with tabindex.

It would be good to use a relation on focusable items to point to the prev/next focusable items, but I'm not sure which one fits.

flowto/flowfrom would have worked but that's already being used to expose aaa:flowto which can differ from the tab order. aaa:flowto doesn't change the tab order it only changes the recommended reading order.

Closing WONTFIX because I think that is what the evidence at hand tells me. Please reopen if this is really needed, and please describe the problem it will solve.

yeah, really needed :) I asked IA2 to introduce relations for that. The reason is some ATs needs to get next tabbable element (which is different from next focusable element).

OK interesting! Do users want to know this info?

Users want to navigate to next tabbable item :) That make sense for virtual buffer navigation.
