However return from the Reader is impossible. The problem can be avoided in two ways: 1 Opening a second Acrobat Reader manually 2 Opening Acrobat Reader manually before downloading the file in question. If these options are not caried out, the only escape possibility is by CTRL, ALT, DELETE I am using Acrobat Reader version 6.0.0.2003051900 and Windows 98 SE is fully updated Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Opening of FireFox 2.Visit a website containing PDF information for example http://www.hydro.nl/pgs/nl/baz_main_nl_pdf.htm 3.download information by clicking on a week number Actual Results: Acrobat Reader will be opened and the information displayed, however retrun from the reader is impossible Expected Results: No hanging

This bug was originally reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME http://www.mozilla.com http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+mode

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
