We don't need titles for forum replies. Each thread will be on a single subject. Leaving them in clutters things up and could waste time or confuse users.

This changes 'title' to be a hidden field with a value of "Untitled". The title won't be displayed on the page anyway.
It also affects article feedback for logged in users.
