User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20070914 Firefox/2.0.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.7) Gecko/20070914 Firefox/2.0.0.7 When I visit the website http://allmusic.com, firefox just randomly crashes. Sometimes it occurs when I'm looking through an artists' album lists - other times it crashes as soon as I get the results from an artist search. Today I updated to 2.0.0.7, and this issue still occurs. I don't recall experiencing this problem with earlier versions of Firefox, which is why I didn't just report it under "Broken Websites" If it matters, I mainly look at Jazz artists on the website, and 2 instances it crashed on me were Wayne Shorter, and today, John Coltrane. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the website 2.Type in "Wayne Shorter" (just an example) 3.Click on his name, then click on discography and click on various albums
Can you get us a TalkBackID for the crash? Also, please make a new firefox profile for a test, and report back if you see the crash when using it - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_manager Do not delete your existing profile.

Sorry for the delay in response - I've been under the weather a bit lately. Forgive my poor memory, but exactly how do I get a talkback ID? About 2 weeks ago I tried completely removing firefox more than once (even tried deleting all the folders once), and reinstalling it, but the problem still occurs. Also, I'm using Real Player 11 Beta.
Are you able to try uninstalling real player 11 beta and instal real player 10 stable?
Chris: Does this also happen with RealPlayer 10?
This bug was reported using a version of Firefox that security and stability updates are no longer provided for. All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to Firefox 3 by selecting 'Check for Updates' in the Help menu or by going to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html If you can no longer reproduce this bug using the latest Firefox 3.0.x version, please change the status of this bug to 'RESOLVED' 'WORKSFORME'. If you can still reproduce this bug, please provide additional details to help resolve this issue.
I use firefox every day, and I haven't really had any problems in a while. I've been using 3.0.
