after using bookmarks in personal toolbar. after closing it i can call them back 
whit button right

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.press bookmarks button in personal toolbar  
3.close bookmarks
4. press botton right on keyboard

Actual Results:  i can see bookmaskrs again

Expected Results:  i have to manage page

sure I understand this bug.  I suspect it is a language issue.  Could you 
explain your problem again?

ok i found that this is fixed in 20000518
that i try to explain is ...:
press button 'bookmarks' in personaltoolbar, colose them, and after that press 
buton right on keyboard  and u can see bookmarks menu again
