That's not installed by Firefox, it's done by the Add/Remove Programs thingy from Microsoft. Apparently, they don't remove an entry after you uninstall. It seems to be a bug, but maybe they're doing it on purpose (to help you reinstall things ?). See <http://www.softpicks.net/software/ARPCache-Viewer-18992.htm> Note that I don't want to suggest that you try this software (or others) to remove the entry. Don't blame me when it makes matters worse (or if the software turns out to be spyware or something).
