I have noticed this on a plethora of sites, mainly http://www.zimbra.com/products/hosted_demo.php (you must click to continue into the demo) and if you log into a session at www.meebo.com you will notice the scroll bars are "always on top" of everything else.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log into http://www.zimbra.com/products/hosted_demo.php (no registration required)
2.beside "View:" click "By Conversation"
3.You will see the scroll bar from the section "Folders" is displaying over the menu.

alternate steps:
1. login to any type of account on meebo.com
2. open a conversation
3. open a second conversation and enter a few messages to ensure a scrollbar shows up in the conversation
4. move the original conversation over the second one and notice the scrollbar from the second conversation shows through it.
Actual Results:  
scrollbars appear always on top.

Expected Results:  
the scrollbar should be hidden.

This bug has long ago been fixed by bug 370439.
