Go to www.mappy.fr; look for any adress in the "plan" area, i.e. street and nber: "3 rue Monge", city: "Paris"; postal code:"75005". Then click on "OK" and try to move the map, or to select an option on the upper side of the map (click on "velib'" for ex.). You should have the bug. It always happens for me, I have to use other browsers for this site (safari). The bug occurs also with other mappy sites (www.mappy.com)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Does Firefox have the same problem?
It's definitely slow and laggy (bunch of Flash + animated/Flash ads), but it doesn't hang for me.
Alexis, how fast is your Mac?

Hi all,
1. Firefox works pretty fine; although it's a little heavy / long to start/load; mappy site is not as fast as it is with apple's safari. but it is usable, firefox doesn't crash (no "crazy" wheel).
2. My mac is a Power mac g4@1ghz ram 768Mo (FW800) (pretty old, i'll buy a mac book pro one day...)
The thing is, that with safari, I have no problem of crash nor anything. It's fast and good. but i'm used to use camino... This makes me think that the computer is not the problem. the way camino uses the flash and shockwave plugin (and generally all plugins) is in my opinion the real problem (?)

I think this can probably be chalked up to general Flash suckiness. See also bug 310222 and bug 303135; this could have to do with an older version of Flash as well.
This is much better on trunk for most people. We still need to know what version of Camino this was reported against.

Closing WFM based on trunk testing (meaning that this will be substantially better in Camino 2.0).
