397366 - Doenload old messages if traveling with my own PC

When i take messages form hotel or airports using high speed lines or hot spots, once in a while it does not recognized which messages have already been downloaded and i get all that are on the server, that is the last 20 days 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.Need to travel to a different location
3.
Actual Results:  
No special set up, just a new location. 
Hpwever in some cases I need to change the port for SMTP but should not affect incoming


It has occured about 6 times in the last 12 months but I do not know the caracterstics of the providers I have been using and i did not discover any pattern
