Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 Build Identifier: TB 2.0.0.6 + Lightning 0.5 I have several calendars. The first is a read-only calendar on the Web (e.g. public holidays) which rejects PUT requests. If I click Accept on an emailed invitation, Lightning attempts to add it to this calendar and fails, marking it as read-only. Since it is read-only, I cannot move the event to a writable calendar by editing it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 2. Highlight a writable calendar (e.g. second in the list) in the calendar panel 1. Click "Accept" button on "this message contains an invitstion.." in message panel Actual Results: An error message appears "there has been an error reading data for calendar" The calendar is placed in read-only mode, but the event may be displayed on the screen. If the unwritable calendar is already marked "read-only" in Lightning, Lightning silently fails to write the event anywhere. Expected Results: A dialogue box should appear asking me which calendar I wish to place the event in. Ideally, it should not list read-only calendars, and should remember my preference. It is possible to work around this bug by re-ordering the calendars in the list. But this must be done by deleting calendars and re-adding them - hardly convenient.
