In first window opened, (Bookmark This Page) not highlighted and bookmarks don't bring up results. Opening a 2nd window or tab(Bookmark This Page) is highlighted and the bookmarks all work properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close Firefox
2.Reopen Firefox
3.Open 2nd tab
