Similar to bug 339000, I'm going to create diffs to visualize the workload to get a 3.0 localization off of an existing 2.0 one.
I'm tempted to start with Alpha 8, I'll take a closer look shortly at what Alpha 8 actually is, source-wise.
I'm choosing a real Firefox bug this time, somewhat intentional. This should be low traffic, so I'm not too worried about spamming folks watching the firefox qa alias.

Fx3 is out, fx2 -> 3 is some 950 strings, see http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/compare/linux-langpack/11272 for one example.
