This is a repeat of 390206.  It happens everytime I upgrade.  And it just did again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start from shortcut on desktop
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
FF loads with error saying site cannot be found.  Site opens.

Expected Results:  
Not error message.
