From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.72 [en] (WinNT; U)
BuildID: 2000051720
In NS4.x, if I want to move a bookmark to somewhere in my bookmarks list that is
NOT currently visible, I'm able to drag it to the edge of the window, and the
bookmarks window will scroll slowly (deliberately) in that direction, until it
gets to the point where I want to drop it, and I realease the mouse, and it
drops.
In Mozilla, however, when I drag to the edge of the window, it does not scroll,
forcing me to "relay" the bookmark several times until the position I want it in
is visible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Produce a bookmark list longer than is visible in the window.
2. Click and drag the bottom bookmark till the mouse passes the top edge of the
scrolling pane.
3. In contrast to NS4.72, the window does not scroll.
not sure if this should be considered an RFE or not, i think it needs to be a
featuer regardless however, so setting status NEW.

upping severity; this 'feature' is pretty necessary to have true management of bookmarks if you have more than a pageful.
