Drupal sets a cookie and writes a row in the database for every visitor to a site.  This isn't going to scale, so we need a way to disable this.

Did some research, and hoping for input here:

In the past the drupal forums have come up dry when I ask questions, so I'm not expecting much.  I'll try method #1 detailed at that link if I don't hear better ideas.

Due to changes in Kubla design these bugs are no longer relevant (details on the wiki).  Marking invalid.  If you want something to filter your mail by, use KUBLA_INVALID_BUG.
