On the first run of the QAX extension, it has been discussed to launch an extra "Help" window or sidebar which demonstrates to the users how to use the extension. It offers us a good chance to quickly enable people to be effective with the extension. However, I am also of the idea, that if we design the correct interface, then we do not need to have an extra help window. Perhaps this could be a static item in the "QMO" info tab. Something that says "Click here to get Started with QAX" and it launches a help window in QMO for QAX. Also, we need to figure out what to do with the Help Tab, if we are going to have a separate help window or a directed page on QMO for the information, then it would seem that the Help Tab is pretty useless/repetitive. == Expected Results == User should be able to easily understand and be able to quickly start running tests as soon as they open QAX for the first time. == Actual Results == Currently the first thing users are confronted with upon their first run of QAX is a set of tabs and a set of QMO articles in the "QMO" tab of the extension.

I think a worthwhile goal is to design the UI so that people don't need a helper window. Marking P4 feel free to disagree.

Litmus has been replaced by MozTrap. If we want an extension to integrate with MozTrap, it would be better to start from scratch with a new extension rather than trying to shoehorn that functionality into the >5 year old QAC.
