Crash report shows: 0 QD@0x9a8c 1 nsChildView::StartDrawPlugin() 2 nsPluginInstanceOwner::Notify(nsITimer*) 3 nsTimerImpl::Fire() 4 nsTimerEvent::Run() See URL for more stack trace. my about:config settings: app.update.enabled = true app.update.channel = nightly Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install latest minefield 2. enable auto-update. When update dialog pops up, click now 3. verify crash dialog and stack. Actual Results: Crash upon auto-update dialog Expected Results: no crash

from the crash report, it looks like flash is involved.

I haven't heard of any crashes on auto-update using powerPC via the huge number of updates we've done over the past 4 months. Also, your crash report isn't available on crash-stats anymore. I'm going to set this bug to closeme status (to resolved:incomplete) for a month from now pending some more information about this, Tony.
