When one opens the message filters dialog, the 'Run Selected Filters on' folder should be initialized to the current folder displayed in the 3-pane window from which we started the filters dialog - not necessarily the inbox.

This should be doable, we pass a "folder" argument to the filter list dialog we just do not use it for initializing the folder picker (just the server picker on the top).

Seems reasonable to me, but I would have to look at all uses of the FilterListDialog to be sure this does not have some other unwanted effect.

This seems to work these days. It may have been implemented/fixed in bug 1328855 where I touch this same code.
