Steps to Reproduce:
1. At the command-line, type: ftp ftp.mozilla.org
Actual Results:
ftp: connect: Connection refused
Expected Results:
Server should ask for username (anonymous) and password (antoine.mechelynck@belgacom.net) and log me in.
Additional info: HTTP connections are accepted.

known issue. I shutdown the ftp service to give the server a chance to survive while we fix some hardware issues on it. For now, please use the http service on it.
