Attachment: Specify ids for mailing list dialogs

Currently the mailing list dialogs haven't got any ids specified.

SeaMonkey is getting a new icon set for its windows, and I'm hoping to get one for the mailing list dialog. Hence we need an id. I also want to keep TB and SM in sync, so attaching a patch for both.

I've gone with abListWindow as it follows on from the card which is currently abCardWindow.

Should this be ablistWindow or should abcardWindow be given a capital 'C'?

Let's make it ablistWindow and leave abcardWindow alone. Then we don't have to worry about the existing window icons.
