I just came across an untranslated dialog in Tb3.0a1pre. The strings in it originate from these files, which I believe should be put to the appropriate l10n/ directory: http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/toolkit/mozapps/handling/content/handling.dtd http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/toolkit/mozapps/handling/content/handling.properties
I think this was done on purpose because these strings weren't final and were expected to change. Should be sure to move them before final, though...

This was in fact done on purpose - Pike asked us to do it this way in case strings changed like Gavin said.
