397941 - EM should switch text to "restart to complete... " after theme is installed

After a theme is installed, the text in the Extension manager needs to switch to "Restart to complete the installation." matching what an extension shows.  It currently says "Installation Completed successfully."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install latest trunk
2. install a theme from AMO (eg. Littlefox)
3. After completed, verify EM shows the text "Installation completed successfully."  Doesnt match what an extension shows.
Actual Results:  
"Installation completed successfully."

Expected Results:  
"Restart to complete the installation."

We don't need to restart to complete a theme install. The theme should be ready to be selected in the themes pane and then a restart is necessary to change theme.

Good point.  that text later shows up after selecting and applying the theme.  i'll close this bug.
