These are the changes required for the SEF URL handling.

1) svn update of my commit revision 7129 (in trunk)
2) run sql script found at db/tiki-urlt-regex.sql for the Tikiwiki database
3) insert all the htaccess.dist in the above commit in the vhost

After this is done, and I have tested, I will have one more svn update to do later (I will file another bug).

I have made an extra commit revision 7131. This can be svn updated together or right after the earlier commits. (the second commit depends on the files in the first). This is the other svn updated I referred to earlier. This way, I don't have to file another bug.

By the way, it is for both support.mozilla.com and support-stage.mozilla.org

I have uploaded a new sql file to the same location as specified above. This is the correct new one.

I have also added a new /htaccess.dist (revision 7177) to take into account latest feedback in bug#388841

These changes were pushed.  I believe the remaining issues cover some rewrite exceptions and that's a separate issue.
