From my initial runs of tgfx run with talos (also with the -tprender pageloader option) the reported values are always very small, whole numbers.  I believe that these are supposed to be ms taken to re-render a page, so it looks like we are hitting up against the granularity of timing issue.

I'm not sure if we are going to get very useful results out of tgfx unless we can collect more accurate time values.
