Even though the 'Show the Downloads file when downloading a file' is checked, the window never appears and I just leave the browser up when I leave and have to assume when the d/l finishes. This happens with any kind of download from anywhere.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on something save-able
2.Click Save As
3.
Actual Results:  
File downloads, but Download Manager never shows up

Expected Results:  
Download Manager should have popped up

Deleting downloads.rdf will probably help.
