Top of the page is rendered incorrectly. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Web Browser
2. Go to the page 'http://mail.live.com'
3. Log in to the page with valid user id and password
Actual Results:  
There's 90px gap between top margin and banner. See screenshot attached.

Expected Results:  
Page is rendered correctly, there's no gap between top margin and banner.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
