Twice now I have downloaded your product, over a month ago and again last week.
When I long in to the internet and try to gain access to my e-mail accounts with Yahoo, Mail, Chek/synacor, and mail/basicisp I get an error message and the dell dimension 1521 operating on vista shuts down. When I run the error diagnostic program it claims the system is correct and alledges the probem is in Forefox. After I your the program I can use my computer without chrashes.

Which Firefox Version Do you use ?
What kind of error message do you get ?
Do you get a Windows Blue Screen with an automatic reboot ?
Which diagnostic programm Do you mean ?

No reply, no feedback for 2 weeks. Kebalo, you may reopen this bug if you can provide some answers, useful info like a talkback incident ID.
