This article should cover how to get data (or bookmarks, at least) from Firefox
to SeaMonkey.
Essentially, the opposite of
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Importing+from+SeaMonkey

I'm not sure what bugzilla permissions are needed to mark a bug as fixed, but when you have an article ready for review, you need to mark is as FIXED. When it passes review, it gets marked as VERIFIED.
