Currently, using dynamic variables are not parsed, or allowed to be more than one line long. Many of the common texts used on support.mozilla.com lists, that need formatting. For example:
# Exit Firefox:
** __(Windows)__ From the menu at the top of the Firefox window, select File and then select the Exit menu item.
** __(Mac OS X)__ From the menu at the top of the Firefox window, select Firefox and then select the Quit Firefox menu item.
** __(Linux)__ From the menu at the top of the Firefox window, select File and then select the Quit menu item.
Target Milestone: --- → 0.2
Have you tried dynamic content? That supports multiple lines.
Could you give an example, in the staging area? np tried it before [1], and it didn't parse.

Specificially, my test is at [1]. The section "Web sites not allowed to use their own colors" uses dynamic content, and the PATH plugin isn't getting parsed.

Is there any way to use more descriptive source code? For instance, apply a name instead of a number?
{content id=2} doesn't really tell contributors this is the text for opening the options window.
there is no facility at the moment to assign names or labels to dynamic content. If you want, you can create a feature request (separate bug) for this. In the mean time, maybe you could just document what numbers refer to what in a place that is readily accessible.

(I have a also created a feature request in the Tiki bug tracker for this)
Is there a not we can add names manually? I tried {content open options window id=2}, but it didn't work.
That should say "Is there a way we can..." :-)
