Multiple instances of the same header should not produce the same anchor.

Let's say you've got a couple of different section in an article. Each of them has subsections: Windows, Mac, and Linux. We end up with multiple anchors, named Windows, Mac, and Linux. There should be some way to make sure the anchor names are different; so the TOC works as expected.

I believe this is now fixed. For subsequent "Mac", they are automatically "Mac_2" and "Mac_3" respectively. Please close if verified.

Can use something harder to misinterpret? People may mistake the numbers in the URI, as having some significance. How about "Mac_" "Mac__". Also, I'll have to keep an eye out for instances where this happens, which are not just listing OSes. SHOWFOR may eliminate the need for this bug.

I think this is fine, and _4 vs _5 is easier to detect than "_____" vs "____".
