The calculation says that Canadian Thanksgiving should fall on the second Monday of October, but it shows up on a Tuesday. This is the same for Sunbird and Lightning, so I assume that the calculation in the CanadaHolidays.ics file is incorrect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. installed CanadaHolidays.ics to Sunbird.
2. installed CanadaHolidays.ics to Lightning.
3. could not find a way to change the calculation.
4. tried changing default start day of the week, made no difference.
Actual Results:
Canadian Thanksgiving holiday shows up in calendar on Tuesday.

Expected Results:
Canadian Thanksgiving holiday should be in calendar on Monday.

If you want you can provide an updated calendar valid from 2007 until 2009 or later:
1. Create a new local calendar, e.g. "$Country$ Holidays"
2. Create the different holidays of your country in this local calendar
3. Right-click on this calendar and choose "Export Calendar". Please use
   the iCalendar (ics) format.
4. Add your holiday file as an attachment in this bug
