The Security Warning that appears when attempting to visit a secure HTTP server
has incorrect proportions and size. This is using Mozilla Milestone 15 on
Windows 95, 1024 x 768, Small Fonts.

In current builds, this WORKSFORME (on the same monitor, font size, windows 95
the dialog is of appropriate size; it could be prettier, thought :-]). 
Mozilla M15 was a lot of code in the past; much has changed.
