Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007100804 Minefield/3.0a9pre

When viewing a page with an invalid security certificate, no option to ignore is displayed, which was enabled in previous builds. instead the following error page is displayed with no option to display site:

"An error occurred during a connection to www.the-streets.co.uk:443 because it uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not valid for domain name www.the-streets.co.uk.
 (ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit site with invalid security certificate (https://www.the-streets.co.uk)
2. observe error, no dialog with option to display the page anyway displayed.
Actual Results:
No option to display page given.

Expected Results:
Option to display page as per previous builds.
This is a deliberate decision, as per bug 327181
