We need to show some sort of navigation on the start page, and not just a big search box and a top ten list. Let's make 6 or so categories based on the most popular tags and create good looking icons for them and place them under the search box. We would still keep the top ten list, but we have to figure out a layout that is not too crowded.

This should be the page linked to from the top-right nav ("Knowledge Base") and I envision this as being a page containing the most popular tags for the current locale. Clicking on a tag would show the articles with that tag underneath it. This would be a basic category-based navigation that would give a better overview of the KB than just listing all articles.
Target Milestone: 0.7 → 0.8
Target Milestone: 0.8 → 1.0
chofmann, jslater, kkovash and I are currently working on this, but I'd rather not tie this to our regular milestones before we have a better understanding of the timeline. -> Future
Target Milestone: 1.0 → Future
Since we are working on redoing the start page - WONTFIX this.
