NB: <.../seamonkey/chrome/app-chrome.manifest> contains [ overlay chrome://communicator/content/downloadmanager/downloadmanager.xul chrome://communicator/content/tasksOverlay.xul overlay chrome://communicator/content/downloadmanager/downloadmanager.xul chrome://communicator/content/utilityOverlay.xul content dlmgr jar:comm.jar!/content/communicator/downloadmanager/ ]
