The feature on Macs that lets you see all the apps you have open and choose one will not function when firefox is open. Firefox will always stay on top.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.separate all windows
2.choose window other than firefox
3.be annoyed that firefox is still showing


Expected Results:  
The window I choose should come up
