When connected to an IRC channel, and you sleep your mac, when it wakes up, your computer will no longer be responsive, and you will have to hold the power button to shut it down.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join IRC Channel
2. Sleep mac
3. Wake up the mac
Actual Results:  
Computer is no longer responsive.

Expected Results:  
Woken up, perhaps disconnected you from the channel on sleep, then reconnect when it wakes up.

There's a good number of timer bugs (in the core, not in ChatZilla) which quite probably cover your issue, e.g. bug 291386. I think there's some specifically about after sleeping your computer, but I don't have the bug numbers to hand.

Which version of Mac OS X is this on? Please tell me it's not Leopard (10.5).

I should add that I have never seen this on my macbook, which I've had and used ChatZilla on for more than half a year now. We will really need more information than this in order to fix it.

Er, for correctness: I meant, in order to figure out what's going on. It is about 95% likely that it's not our fault that this happens, though we could possibly force-disconnect you when the computer falls asleep.
