Updated to Netscape Navigator 9.ORC1 now have a new window at the bottom in red letters that says <menuitem id="menu_HelpPopup_reportertoolmenu"----^
I have restarted a couple of times both Computer and browser nothing varies every thing else seems fine.
It wastes valuable screen space

See <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Gray_bar_below_status_bar> ; it's probably caused by one of your extensions. Try upgrading them.

Note that if you use Netscape 9, then you should complain to Netscape, not Mozilla. And since you're using a release candidate of Netscape 9, not the final version, it's no surprise that you might have some problems.
