Although "euro" is not the currency of the U.S., it is in extremely widespread use in text (hundreds of millions of Google hits) and is not a probable misspelling of any other widely used word (as "suer" is for "user"). It should appear in the dictionary.
The official plural of "euro" is "euro", but "euros" is extremely widely used in the U.S. as well as the U.K. and other anglophone countries other than Ireland.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type "euro" and "euros" into any text field.
Actual Results:
The words "euro" and "euros" are underlined in red dots.
Expected Results:
The words should not be underlined.
