Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20071008 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.6

If you are loading a large jpeg and it starts rendering from top to bottom (I used http://www.home2garden.org/images/halloween-background-1280x800.jpg), the right-click context menu has "Set as Desktop Background" grayed out. This is of course logical, but it would be nice if it were automatically re-enabled when the image finished loaded

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a large .jpeg (I used http://www.home2garden.org/images/halloween-background-1280x800.jpg)
2. Right-click while it is loading.
3. Wait for the image to finish loading
Actual Results:
Option "set as desktop background" remains grayed out

Expected Results:
Option should be re-enabled

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME

Still present.
Even with a new profile?
Version: 2.0 Branch → 3.6 Branch
Yep.

By the way, I realize the stock replies help you work faster, but it would have honestly been faster to just check for yourself. Could you please confirm?
Maybe I'm not understanding your bug, but you want to be able to click on a still loading image, and have the "set as background image" become usable when the image is finished loading, without closing and reopening the context menu?
Exactly. Trivial enhancement, but it bothered/interrupted me at some point so I reported it.
Well then, let's kick it around a bit here. Your report was a bit confusing on exactly what the problem was.
