Load these three urls on the current site: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/legal/eula http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/legal/eula/ http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/legal/eula/index.html All three will redirect you to: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/legal/eula/ Now, I don't think index.html is actually linked from anywhere, but it's possible and I don't want to lose functionality. The first two URLs load in drupal and redirect to #1 (bug 399467). The last will get you a 404. Drupal should treat all three like the current site.
MultiViews ftw.
Due to drupal's core functionality (as discussed in bug 399467) we're going to use URL style #1. r7496 does this.
