400049 - auto-updating of owners.html from despot is broken

I just updated a few modules in despot, and owners.html wasn't changed.  It's supposed to be.  It looks like updating broke sometime between 2007-09-05 12:08 and now, probably relatively early in that range.

OK, so the fact that bonsai is showing the changes you made means that the stuff despot is attempting to put into cvs is getting there.  That makes this sound like a site build issue, perhaps the cvs checkout of the website isn't working right?

Oh, ok, it is showing them now.  It wasn't earlier.  Showing up on bonsai used to be practically immediate.

(Despot also isn't showing the information about the changes that it made, which it used to do.)

oh, the other thing to keep in mind is mozilla.org is behind a caching proxy - the default cache expiration is 3 hours.

Gosh, 3 hours seems awfully high.  I'd think most of the performance benefits of caching proxies are for the pages that get hit many times a minute...
