As I can remember this behavior was introduced in this version. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new tab (eg. CTRL+T, File > New Tab) 2. Start typing Expected Results: Focus is set to the address bar automatically.
This is a regression between 2.0.0.6 (does not have the bug) and 2.0.0.8 (has the bug). (Sorry, I can't find a 2.0.0.7 to test.)
