No vertical scrollbar or wrap when headers are too long

Details
If you fx post to many newsgroups the header field Newsgroups dont wrap or
result in a vertical scrollbar, making it impossible to see all of the news
groups that the posting was made to.
The same for other headers fields like the Path or Xref header.
Build 2000052020 on Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
I believe we have an older bug about this, will look for it...

Thanks for looking this up, Lisa. I got busy and didn't follow through.
Problem about no wrapping or multiple header expand/collapse widget is news
only.
The deal about vertical scrollbar within envelope is mail and news when using
View All Headers.
Scott, do you want this lumped together as one bug or separated? I didn't see
an existing bug about the header envelope not getting a scrollbar with View All
headers... let me know.

ahh I see the problem. How annoying. the actual header doesn't have spaces after
each comma. I suppose before we display the newsgroup field we can run through
it and insert spaces. This will re-enable wrapping.
