400529 - Anonymous article comments should use IP number

I get the feeling some people are posting the same comments on more than one article, or posting more than one comment on a specific article. Instead of anonymous comments being labeled as "Anonymous", it should use the person's IP address.

If one person is posting the same feedback on multiple articles, it gives the impression that many people have the same opinion/problem.

Bug 402056 changed article comment titles to default to the article title. The IP number is listed in the IP table of tiki-list_comments.php.

That said, the IP is the same for all comments, but that's bug 409942 I think.
