400579 - Incomplete start of Firefox with missing components and blank spaces

After updating to Firefox 2.0.0.7 the opening window stalls in it data transfer, does not load a HELP tab next to the Tools tab and creates space below the Navagation bar and the status bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
The problem occurs.
I can navigate to other pages through the address bar OK, but the space remains below the status bar and below the Nav bar 

Expected Results:  
Completed loading without the spaces and with the Help Tab at the top of the page

I have a screen shot of it (don't know how to attach it though).

Which extensions do you use, if any?

Go to Tools | Add-ons; do you have anything listed in the "Extensions" tab?

I assume that it was highly a cause of an extension. Works fine for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20090729225027

Reporter, if it is still a problem feel free to reopen the bug.
