The "Account History" page has been introduced in Bugzilla 3.0. We should document it at http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/html/useradmin.html.

Don't remove "in most cases" as if the 'emailsuffix' parameter is set, the login name is not the email address of the user. Everything else looks good. r=LpSolit
