Clicking Add menu on My Sidebar
Click a popup menu item and drag vertically

result: My Sidebar shifts vertically [As if you had clicked on the my sidebar 
text, except that the mouse can be very disconnected from the text]
expected result: nothing.

I'll reopen this later.  In the future, please specify your build. I can 
reproduce w/ 2000071308 and i bet no one has actually changed this since then.

I can reproduce this with NT and Mac OS 9 builds from 071908.
steps to reproduce:
1. open mailnews
2. make sure "my sidebar" is checked and visible.
3. click and release on teh Add button
4. move the mouse into the popup
5. click hold and drag the mouse up and down.

results: the sidebar moves up and down.
expected results: the add button should not be part of the splitter that moves
the sidebar up and down.  the popup should not be part of the splitter that
moves the sidebar up and down.
