Due to a power failure we had to re-boot our server that held the shared ICS calender. (Server -> Mandriva 2007.1/Samba). We opened up Sunbird on our client computers (WinXP). Sunbird came up with a Blank calender (The ICS file was 16KB in size.) I tried to reconnect using the "Subscribe to Remote Calender" option, but all it did was create a new ICS file of 102B in size.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Expected Results:
Sunbird should have been able to reload the existing file with out having to try to reconnect and it should not overwrite an existing file without at least a warning.

Just FYI: In your profile Folder there is a folder "backupData". You may be able to restore your data from there.

Thank you for the FYI we were able to restore the data. But still wondering why it happened in the first place.
Keep up the good work.

Marco, only release drivers are allowed to grant blocking-calendar0.8. You can request blocking-calendar0.8 setting '?'. This bug is not confirmed, so chances release drivers will agree are minimal.
