401123 - Compatibility updates don't update addons UI

If you have an addon that is incompatible but a remote compatibility update makes it compatible then displaying the addons UI, choosing find updates displays that a "compatibility update has been applied", but the error badge and bits don't go away.

I think setTargetApplicationInfo needs to notify of an update to isCompatible.

I'm not sure the reporter saw the following or if it was fixed since the report, but in FF 3.1b3 on WinXP:

1) Find Updates finds a compatibility update for FxIF 0.2.3
2) Infobar says: Restart Firefox to complete your changes
   FxIF says: A compatibility update has been applied.
   FxIF icon shows red !
3) Restart FF
4) FxIF icon no longer shows the red !

Displaying the red ! in #2 seems right to me, because at that point FxIF isn't functioning.
